Welcome to Workout Aura. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Workout Aura iOS application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

3. Subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Prices may vary by region.

4. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before the trial ends. Trial availability and length are subject to change.

Workout Aura is not a medical device. The training programs, exercise instructions, and recommendations provided in the App are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, fitness, or nutritional advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have any medical condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury.

You assume full responsibility for any injuries, health issues, or other consequences resulting from your use of the App. We are not liable for any injury, illness, or harm arising from your training.

The App, including all artwork, design, copy, exercise illustrations, rank emblems, talisman art, and software, is the property of Workout Aura and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your training data; we do not claim any rights to it.

8. Updates & Changes

We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. We may also modify or discontinue features at our discretion. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes that affect your use of the App.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your subscription will not be refunded for partial periods, except where required by law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workout Aura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Workout Aura is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in that jurisdiction's courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
