Common Issues
My XP / progress isn't showing up
Workout Aura stores all data locally on your device. If you've recently updated, force-quit and reopen the app. If your data appears missing, do not reset — contact us first so we can guide you through recovery.
I want to cancel my subscription
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Workout Aura, and tap Cancel.
I'm switching iPhones
Use Settings → Export to save your training data as a JSON file before switching. On your new device, reinstall Workout Aura and use Settings → Import.
I want to suggest a new campaign
We love this. Send us your idea — what goal, what schedule, what your current pain point is. The best campaigns come from lifter feedback.
The app is crashing
Force-quit the app (swipe up in app switcher) and reopen. If the crash persists, please email us with your iPhone model and iOS version. We take crashes seriously.
Feature Requests
Roadmap items we're actively considering: HealthKit deeper integration, CSV import from other apps, watch companion, social leaderboards, Honor badge illustrations. If you want to vote on what comes next, reply to any of our launch emails or write in directly.
